Terms of Service

Team Scout is a platform for youth and amateur sports organizations to manage registrations, payments, communications, schedules, volunteers, fundraising, ticketing, and related activities. By creating an account or using Team Scout, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and account secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Use Team Scout lawfully and respectfully. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access data you're not authorized to see, upload unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with the platform's operation. Organizations and their admins are responsible for the content they post and the registrations and payments they collect.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, fees, and payment schedules are set by each organization. Team Scout is not a party to the underlying transaction between you and an organization, except as needed to operate the platform.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Team Scout available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

Deleting your account

You can request account deletion at any time at teamscout.co/delete-account. Some records (e.g., financial records an organization is required to keep) may be retained as described in our privacy summary.
