About LAKC
Growing the game in Kansas City
Our citywide lacrosse organization is dedicated to growing the sport of lacrosse and fostering community through teamwork, competition, and sportsmanship. Serving both youth and high school players, we provide opportunities for boys to develop their skills and enjoy the game during the spring season.
Who we are
The youth league emphasizes recreation and inclusivity, with players competing for clubs within their school district boundaries. For high school players, the league brings together teams from public and private schools, maintaining alignment with school district boundaries. Whether you're new to lacrosse or an experienced player, our league is the perfect place to build skills, form lasting friendships, and compete in a supportive and spirited environment.
Our purpose
The purpose of the LAKC is to create a structured environment in which student athletes, coaches, referees, administrators and parents benefit from the organization that provides fair, safe and competitive opportunities to learn and play lacrosse in the greater Kansas City area.
