How the spring season works
Player registration
OLC runs a recreational season: youth teams practice during the week and play games on the weekends. Players register individually and are rostered on teams with their classmates. Rosters are formed by school and district; our primary goal is keeping friends together.
Team registration
Teams around Nebraska can register for the OLC spring league. In 2026 the participating programs were Elkhorn Athletic Association, Sarpy, Lincoln and Sioux Falls.
The lacrosse landscape
OLC's goal is to grow the game throughout Nebraska, and we do it by supporting the youth clubs that play in our local spring league. Boys and girls who do not live in Elkhorn, Papillion or Lincoln play for Omaha Lacrosse Club, and players who are unable to play for their local club are welcome to find a home with OLC.
