Winter lacrosse, indoors
Box lacrosse for high school boys and winter training for youth boys. Registration is limited by indoor capacity, so save your spot.
Season at a glance
Wednesdays, November to February
Box league November 4 to December 16; winter training January 6 to February 17.
Kindergarten to 12th grade
Box league for boys 9th to 12th grade; winter training for boys K to 8th grade.

High school boys box league
The best off-season competition in Omaha
Omaha Lacrosse Club's high school box lacrosse league gives players the chance to compete, develop and stay sharp during the off-season: five Wednesday nights of fast-paced regular-season games, followed by two days of playoffs. Box lacrosse sharpens stick skills, decision-making, toughness and play in tight spaces, against some of the area's top high school talent.
- Who: boys, 9th to 12th grade
- When: Wednesdays, November 4, 11, 18 and 25, and December 2, 9 and 16, 5:30 to 7:30 PM (games at 5:30 or 6:30 PM)
- Where: Off The Wall Indoor, 6950 S 110th St, Suite 100, La Vista, Nebraska 68128
- Equipment: helmet, shoulder and elbow pads, gloves, stick, mouth guard and tennis shoes (rib pads optional)
- Cost: $175 ($165 early-bird by October 1)
Winter training
Player development and small-sided game play
OLC's winter session has two programs for youth boys. They have limited capacity and require full equipment.
- 7:00 to 8:00 PM: player development, kindergarten to 8th grade
- 8:00 to 9:00 PM: small-sided game play, 3rd to 8th grade
- When: Wednesdays, January 6, 13 and 20, and February 3, 10 and 17
- Where: Iowa West Sports Plex, 3260 Mid America Dr, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501
- Equipment: helmet, shoulder and elbow pads, gloves, stick, mouth guard and tennis shoes
- Cost: $150 per program ($135 per program before December 1, 2026). Save $10 when you register for both sessions.
Winter juniors
The best place to learn lacrosse: boys and girls, pre-K to 6th grade, no equipment needed. Juniors play on Wednesday evenings, 5:30 to 6:15 PM, at Iowa West Sports Plex in Council Bluffs, with sticks and tennis balls; OLC has loaner sticks if your player needs one.
Dates and registration for this winter's juniors are not posted yet.
USA Lacrosse membership
Every player must have an active USA Lacrosse membership to take part in any Omaha Lacrosse Club program that requires equipment. It is a league requirement and provides supplemental insurance. Before registering, check your child's membership number and expiration; a membership is valid for one year.
