Team Gilboa
Three Team Gilboa racers carrying their skis to the lift

For Team Gilboa families

Joining on Team Scout.

About two minutes on your phone. Here is every step, and who to ask.

Step by step

Four short steps, about two minutes.

Use the mobile number the club has for you. That is how we find your family.

  • Watch for our email

It comes from Team Gilboa with your family's link. Open it on your phone; that is the easiest place to do this.

  • Sign in with your mobile

Enter the number the club has for you, then the six-digit code we text you. New to the club? We ask your name and email once.

  • Check your racer

Your racer shows as already on file. Tap the name, look over birthday, program, address and emergency contact, fix anything that changed, and confirm.

  • Get the app

Download Team Scout from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same number. Your racer's group, the calendar and the club's posts are there.

What families ask us.

What about the other parent?

Do the same steps with your own mobile number. You see the same racer and land in the same group, and both of you get the club's updates.

What if my racer doesn't appear?

Check that you signed in with the mobile number the club has for you. If the club only has a home number, tap Add and type your racer's name. The club links it to your family.

Should my racer sign up on their own?

Please let a parent check your racer in first. That keeps one record for your racer, with both parents on it.

What's changing, and what isn't?

The calendar, practice updates, team messages and volunteer sign-ups move into one app. Each parent signs in with their own mobile and sees the same racer. Your coaches, programs, practice times and hills. Registrations you already made for 2026-27 finish where you made them.
