Coming up

The race season is coming up.

Here is what's next for Team Gilboa families. The full calendar has every practice, camp and race for your racer's team.

New this season

Team Gilboa is moving to one app.

We've partnered with Team Scout to put your racer's schedule, team messages and volunteer sign-ups in one place. Here's what to expect.

  • Watch for our email

It comes from Team Gilboa with your family's link. Open it on your phone.

  • Sign in with your mobile

Use the number the club has for you. A six-digit code arrives by text.

  • Check your racer

Your racer is already on file. Look over the details, fix anything that changed, and confirm.

  • Get the app

Download Team Scout and sign in with the same number. Your racer's group is there with the calendar and team messages.

  • What's changing

The calendar, practice updates, team messages and volunteer sign-ups move into one app. Each parent signs in with their own mobile and sees the same racer.

  • What stays the same

Your coaches, programs, practice times and hills. Registrations you already made for 2026-27 finish where you made them.

Questions about the move? Email Scully at scully@teamgilboa.com, or ask a coach at the hill.

How joining works, step by step

Our mission

Through alpine ski racing, we develop and inspire a community of young athletes who

Strive for excellence.Compete with integrity.Pursue a lifelong love of skiing.

On snow and off it

What we ask of every racer.

Our mission asks two things of every Team Gilboa athlete, from a six-year-old's first course to the start of a FIS race.

  • A Team Gilboa racer driving through a slalom combination01Strive for excellence.Constant improvement is a core value here: the drive to get better and compete harder, year after year. It made Team Gilboa a U.S. Ski and Snowboard Gold club and, in 2020, a High Performance Center.
  • A Team Gilboa coach talking tactics with athletes at Vail02Compete with integrity. For more than 40 years the club has raised racers in an environment that values high character, hard work, accountability, perseverance and leadership. Great skiers, and great people.

Core values

Three things our program is built on.

Our vision is excellence and innovation in youth development. These values are how we get there, on snow and off it.

  • Passion for skiing

The love of the sport encourages our athletes to show their best qualities: determination, perseverance, and courage.

  • Constant improvement

The drive to get better and compete harder keeps our athletes motivated, year after year.

  • Strong community

We aren't just teammates. By sharing our time, effort, experiences, and joy, we become lifelong friends.

Our home hill

Rooted on Mt. Gilboa.

The club is named for the hill served by Hyland's south chairlift, the highest natural point in Hennepin County. Our partnership with Hyland Hills and the Three Rivers Park District goes back to the very first season.

Gold certified. A High Performance Center.

In 2015, USSA certified Team Gilboa as one of the top 30 ski clubs in the nation. Gold certification followed, and in 2020 U.S. Ski and Snowboard named the club a High Performance Center.
